Receive all shipment bookings & enquiries and provide customers / agents with confirmed reservation details and / or answers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight agent
• Knowledge of both air & sea freight booking procedures
• Familiariy with customs processes an added advantage
• Pleasant personality with customer communication skills
• Independent worker with honest personality
